I research and apply for opportunities, deal with incoming enquiries, design and distribute promotional material and assist in the creation of artwork within the workshop.

I led dance and art workshops with primary age children.
May 10 – Aug 10: Youth Ambassador for Okehampton Museum
Taking a large amount of responsibility for the project and taking decisions to keep it moving forward, I researched and co-ordinated a week of workshops for the local community.

I spent a week working as a project managers assistant for a drama residential project tackling racism, I also helped making props and
spent time in the box office – taking on admin tasks as required.

Led by several mentors I worked in a group to respond to an unusual client team of school children, designing in response to issues within their school.
Jan 09 – Jun 09 Worked in team designing a sculpture for HMS Raleigh
I worked in a group to design a large sculpture inspired by naval values and history for the Saltash Naval base - which is now being built!
Sept 07 – June 08: Completed First light film project at Plymouth Arts Centre
I worked with a group of young people and two professionals to write, direct and edit a film inspired by the emancipation of slavery.

Jun 07 - Sept 07: Worked as a general assistant/entertainer for Grannys Gaff
I worked as part of a team in a cafe which travels round festivals. Part of the job was to dress up as a granny and stay in character whilst working - we also provided walkabout entertainment. In some cases I was responsible to creating walkabout concepts, gathering props and arranging staff for activities.
Dec 06 – March 07 Worked on the EDGE Project with the Barbican Theatre
I worked with a professional artist and a company, responding to the issues within that company artistically. I was paired with a composer.
